Check in was easy but desk person failed to give preprinted directions Usually 1 person at desk multitasking
It was 2 blocks away from a magical world of small, windy streets, most of them closed to traffic, filled with cafes, restaurants and shops Staff was very polite and always happy to help with anything we needed

The breakfast was a huge buffet filled with Israeli breakfast foods as well as a multitude of other choices
About 2 blocks from many shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk to the Old City Would definitely recommend and stay here if I visit Jerusalem again
