2-power outlet inside the toilet wasn't working so we couldn't use the hair dryer inside the toilet infront of the large mirror and it was time consuming to call room service to come and fix it which mean our room wasn't ready and there was no cheklist 3- when they served my dinner, they brought Hummus without Bread!! They left me there alone and no one was there to help and to turn on the Sauna and the Jaccuzzi and was shouting in order for some one to come then I had to go downstair to the receptionist to get help while wearing my Rope!
