The impact of obstacles on the use of the application was medium, and the most important obstacles were the difficulty of uploading files to the E-courses website and the difficulty for transfer and exchange files among learners using smart devices	Findings also revealed no significant differences among participants' attitudes towards Mobile Learning via the use of The Blackboard Mobile Learn application due to academic level and skill in using the electronic applications
Significant differences were noticed between the mean scores of participants in the pre-and post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement	Findings indicated that students' attitudes were neutral in the pre-measurement, whereas they become positive in the post measurement

The experimental approach was used, the data collection tool was a questionnaire developed by researchers.
