Had I not emailed them with proof and made them aware I can see they received it 6 days ago it seems they wouldn't have said anything.
16| Bought from them multiple times with no issues | I considered this for about 2 minutes and realised how I would most likely end up with no item and loosing the cost of the item and postage if I actually had an address to send it to!! I do have to admit that sometimes their sizing is a little off but nothing too bad |
