Then thou didst slay a man, but We saved thee from trouble, and We tried thee in various ways The example of Moses is given as a lengthy account in order to encourage the Prophet and show the end of the disbelievers
[20:97] [Moses] said, "Then go The Prophet is ordered to be patient and to persevere with his worship

but thy punishment in this life will be that thou wilt say, 'touch me not'; and moreover for a future penalty thou hast a promise that will not fail: Now look at thy god, of whom thou hast become a devoted worshipper: We will certainly melt it in a blazing fire and scatter it broadcast in the sea! We will surely burn it and blow it into the sea with a blast.

Then didst thou come hither as ordained, O Moses! ' So We restored you to your mother that she might be content and not grieve

The surah both begins and ends with mention of the Quran: it was not sent to the Prophet to cause him grief but is a clear proof from his Lord.

"'Throw the child into the chest, and throw the chest into the river: the river will cast him up on the bank, and he will be taken up by one who is an enemy to Me and an enemy to him': But I cast the garment of love over thee from Me: and this in order that thou mayest be reared under Mine eye

Surely this must be your leader, who has taught you magic! The surah is also known as: Ta-Ha, Taa Haa
