ولا تكونوا كالذين نسوا الله. وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَأَنسَاهُمْ أَنفُسَهُمْ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

Man's real position in the world is that of a slave; he is not free and self-sufficient; and he is slave of only One God, and is no one else's slave beside Him When man forgets that he is slave to the Almighty, he will inevitably form a wrong view of his position in the world, and his whole life will go wrong because of this basic errosr, Likewise, when he forgets that he is slave to nobody except AIIah, he does not serve the one whose slave actually he is not
For as soon as he, becomes heedless of Him 中国语文 - Ma Jian : 你们不要象那些忘却真主故真主使他们忘却自身的人们一样；这等人，确是悖逆的。 Italiano - Piccardo : Non siate come coloro che dimenticano Allah e cui Allah fece dimenticare se stessi Questi sono i malvagi• English - Sahih International : And be not like those who forgot Allah so He made them forget themselves Those are the defiantly disobedient•

Somali - Abduh : Kuwa xaqa rumeeyey waa inayan noqon sidii kuwii Eebe hilmaamay isna markaas uu hilmaansiiyey naftooda waana kuwo faasiqiin ah xaqa ka leexday• And the person who inspite of knowing this, forgets it at any moment, may commit an act at that very moment, which a disbeliever, or a polytheist or a man forgetful of God only would commit.

وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَأَنسَاهُمْ أَنفُسَهُمْ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
Swahili - Al-Barwani : Wala msiwe kama wale walio msahau Mwenyezi Mungu na Yeye akawasahaulisha nafsi zao Hao ndio wapotovu• Melayu - Basmeih : Dan janganlah kamu menjadi seperti orangorang yang telah melupakan perintahperintah Allah lalu Allah menjadikan mereka melupakan amalamal yang baik untuk menyelamatkan diri mereka Mereka itulah orangorang yang fasik derhaka• This also is a grave and all-pervading misunderstanding, which corrupts his whole life
ولا تكونوا كالذين نسوا الله فأنساهم أنفسهم (خطبة)
The person who, in not know this truth, does not in fact know himself
وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَأَنسَاهُمْ أَنفُسَهُمْ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
Mereka itulah orang-orang yang fasik
Man's remaining firm and steadfast on the right path entirely depends on his remembering God at all times Indonesia - Bahasa Indonesia : Dan janganlah kamu seperti orangorang yang lupa kepada Allah lalu Allah menjadikan mereka lupa kepada mereka sendiri Mereka itulah orangorang yang fasik• he becomes heedless of himself and this very heedlessness turns him into sinfulness
